Delete Account & Data

You can delete your BabyBusiness account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app. No need to contact us.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the BabyBusiness app on your device.
  2. Tap the Settings icon (bottom navigation bar).
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Tap "Delete my account".
  5. Confirm twice when prompted.
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials.
  • All baby profiles you created.
  • All tracked logs — sleep, feeding, diapers, growth, health, medications, vaccinations, appointments, walks, and notes.
  • All data is removed from our servers and from your device immediately.

What is retained

  • Automated server backups may retain your data for up to 30 days before being permanently purged. This data is not accessible or restorable after account deletion.
  • If you are a family member on someone else's baby profile, only your access is removed — the baby owner's data is unaffected.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You can also delete individual items without closing your account:

  • Individual log entries — long-press any entry in any history tab to select and delete it.
  • Baby profiles — go to Settings → Baby Profiles → tap the delete icon next to a baby. This deletes the profile and all its logs.
